Terms & text messaging

Vanyan’s Auto Detail provides mobile car detailing at the address you give us. Prices for one-time services are on our Services page.

A plan is weekly, every two weeks, or monthly (every four weeks), at the price shown for that plan.
You choose the day and time of your first visit before you check out. Every visit after that is at the same day and time, and repeats until you cancel.
Plans are billed through Stripe. You can update your card, switch plans or cancel any time in the plan portal. When a plan ends, its future visits end with it.
To skip or move a single visit, call or text us at 818.660.5845. If we ever need to move a visit, we will contact you first.
Questions about a charge? Call or text us and we will sort it out.

Program: Vanyan’s Auto Detail appointment reminders.
What we send: a reminder before each scheduled visit. We do not send marketing texts.
How often: about one message before each visit.
Consent: you agree by ticking the text-reminder box when you schedule. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 818.660.5845 or Vanyansdetailing@gmail.com.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
