Who we are

What we collect

• Your name, email address and mobile number.
• The address where your vehicle is parked, and your vehicle’s year, make and model.
• Your chosen plan and the day and time of your visits.
• Payment details, which you enter on Stripe’s secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
• Anything you send us when you call, text or email.

How we use it

• To schedule and carry out your detailing visits.
• To bill you for your plan and let you manage it.
• To send you one confirmation email when you sign up.
• To send appointment reminder texts, only if you agree to them (see text messages below).
• To answer your questions and keep the records we need for our business and taxes.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Text messages

If you tick the box to receive text reminders, we will text your mobile number about one reminder before each scheduled visit. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

Only with companies that help us run the service, and only what they need to do their job:

• Stripe, to take payments and manage plans.
• Google, where our calendar lives, so that visits appear on our schedule.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and our scheduling tools.
• Our email and text-message providers, to send your confirmation and reminders.
• Cal.com, if you book a one-time service through our booking page.
• Photon, a public address-search service built on OpenStreetMap, which receives the part of your address you have typed so far in order to suggest matches.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Google Calendar

Our scheduling tool connects to our own Google Calendar to create and manage appointments. It does not read or access your Google account. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a customer and for a reasonable time afterward for our records and taxes.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by calling, texting or emailing us. You can cancel your plan yourself in the plan portal, and you can stop texts by replying STOP.

Children

Our services are for adults who own or manage a vehicle. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
